Nowadays, simply using eco-friendly materials is no longer enough to ensure a product is sustainable.
It was this realisation that led to the creation of Care LOOP®: incorporating a product’s end-of-life into its design from the outset.
It was with this approach in mind that we developed Care LOOP® Hanger, an exclusive, patented innovation.
Most coat hangers are not currently recycled for one simple reason: the hook is attached to the body of the hanger. Each material has its own recycling stream.
Care LOOP® solves the problem.
The exclusive, patented fastening system allows the hook and the body of the hanger to be easily assembled and dismantled. This means that each part can be easily recycled.
But Care LOOP® Hanger goes beyond product innovation.
We offer our customers the opportunity to manage the life cycle of their hangers.
In practical terms, we can rent out the hangers or buy them back at the end of their life and take care of their recycling and recovery.
This means that, for our customers, the hanger is no longer waste but a recoverable product.
Care LOOP® Hanger is therefore a solution that is fully compliant with current legal requirements and offers numerous benefits.

RECYCLING & RECOVERY
Once the hanger has reached the end of its useful life, our fastening system allows the hook to be easily separated from the body.
Each part can then be disposed of via the appropriate recycling stream.
The hook is either reused or turned into raw material to be used in the manufacture of new hooks.
Plastic coat hanger frames can be sent for recycling to be turned back into raw material.
We can also return them to the factory, where they are processed into granules for moulding new coat hangers.
The wooden hanger frames will be recycled into paper pulp, chipboard or firewood.

REGULATIONS
The AGEC Act, PPWR… failing to recycle hangers exposes you to penalties that will indirectly affect their price.
Recycling hangers ensures compliance with regulations and thus avoids the additional costs associated with penalties.
